This version of the Layouts feature has been retired. PublishPress Authors is now using a new approach called “Author Boxes“.
The PublishPress Authors plugin provides five default layouts to display the author profiles on your site: You can see full details of each layout in this guide.
It is also possible to customize these default layouts and create new layouts with the Pro version of the plugin.
In this guide, we'll explain how to create custom layouts in PublishPress Authors Pro.
Creating New Layouts #
- Go to Authors > Layouts and you will see all five default layouts:
- Click “Edit” for any layout and you'll see this screen:
Each layout is editable using Twig. You can add many different types of author information to these layouts including custom fields.
