We are able to provide refunds for PublishPress purchases that follow the criteria on this page. We do reserve the right to deny refunds for any reason.
For new purchases, here are the steps:
- If you are having an issue with the plugin, open a support ticket and talk with our support team. If the problem can't be resolved, go to the next step.
- Check the date: refund requests must be within 30 days of the original purchase.
- After completing the first two steps, request a refund by opening a support ticket.
For renewals, here are the details:
- We send you reminder emails 2 weeks before all renewals.
- Refund requests must be within 30 days of the subscription renewal.
- To request a refund, please open a support ticket.
- You will be sent a refund, minus 10% for payment processor fees.
Please note that canceling your subscription is different from a requesting a refund. Canceling indicates “I do not want auto renew enabled on my account” and does not indicate “I want a refund”.
