One PublishPress user asked if it was possible to stop users from publishing changes to existing WordPress posts and pages. Yes, it’s possible with a plugin called PublishPress Revisions. I’m going to give you an overview of how to set this up on your site.
PublishPress Checklists is the plugin if you want to control the quality of your WordPress content. You can define tasks that authors must complete before content is published. These tasks are things like writing a minimum number of words, or adding a featured image.

Some of the PublishPress plugins have existed for more than 10 years. For example, the PublishPress Revisions plugin was launched back in 2009! In contrast, the PublishPress Authors plugin is very new. It only launched on WordPress.org in 2020.
