Yes, it is possible to remove the PublishPress branding from your plugins.
The Pro versions of the plugins will have a setting that looks like this image below. If you uncheck this box, you will remove key mentions of PublishPress.
If you disable the branding, you will remove the footer from all plugin screens:
You will also remove the PublishPress mascot from screen headers:
