Overview

Some are database driven sites where page generation and updates can usually be done directly from the site. These sites are typically made of one or more applications. We offer installation for many of these so we can provide you with a robust website.

With each website being unique, a custom solution can be tailored specifically to you. The following are some of the types of websites we can install:

• Content Management Systems – We can install a variety of these and can technically classify many dynamic sites to be some form of CMS from which there are several sub classifications.
• Blogs – These are typically simple journaling types of scripts to create online logs. There have been many uses for these from a personal diary to professional journals and can even be shared.
• Forums - These are used to promote discussions among several members or groups and can be as simple as a few main topics or several down to subtopic levels.
• Galleries – This is one of the best ways to share a large photo collection whether it is from a single private collection or single photo of several people or even several photos from multiple people.

There are tons of other types of dynamic sites and scripts as these are only a few examples of potential sites that could be created.

Open Source - To support the open source effort and community, most of the scripts we install are freely available to the public as open source. We simply offer our installation services to promote more widespread use of these scripts.

Wide Variety - We have several categories to browse through so that we can demonstrate a wide selection of possibilities for dynamic sites. Not only do we have those listed under dynamic sites, but also many others including customer support, e-commerce, e-learning, project management, and polls and survey scripts. These scripts can be used to create entire dynamic sites or add-on to static sites.

Content - Our fees are based on you providing your content to us in an electronic format such as the body of an email, txt, or rtf format. If you provide your content as a hardcopy, additional fees shall incur to convert these into an electronic format.

Application Installation

We offer individual application installations for those who don't need an entire website created and/or for those who want to supplement a website we are creating for them.

Difficulty Levels:

Level 1 (Basic)

Some servers have autoinstallers available for some scripts which does virtually all of the installation work with a few clicks. Installation times may vary from 5-15 minutes.

Level 2 (Intermediate)  

Adding database from control panel, FTPing script to site, web-based installation and configuration, setting config file permissions and possibly a handful of other file/folder permissions. These are typically script-driven installations. Installation times may range from 15-60 minutes.

Level 3 (Advanced)  

Standard + moving and/or setting permissions for several directories and/or files, and manually importing SQL files. These are typically manual installations. Installation times may range from 30-90 minutes.

Level 4 (Expert)  

Intermediate + tweaking scripts, special SSH and/or Root access may be required. These may be more complicated and/or scripts that require some modifications to function properly. Installation times may be 60-120 minutes.

Installation times are noted as reference for time allowed for installation, however, actual turnaround time may vary depending on workload.
